This Registration Form is for Large Groups who wish to bring High School students or Prospective Transfer Students to Texas A&M University - Kingsville. (Elementary and Middle School students are welcome to visit campus on a self-guided tour).

We are excited to welcome your group to campus!
This form should be completed by a Group Leader who will be present the day of the visit.

Campus Visit Agreement
Please arrive on time.
If you group is more than 15 minutes late for your first activity, we will shorten or cancel scheduled activities/presentations as our students and staff have additional obligations during the day.
We reserve the right to end tours/activities.
Following reasons include and are not limited to: disrespectful behavior/language, inappropriate comments/behavior, or any behavior deemed unacceptable by TAMUK campus standards.
Inappropriate group behavior may result in denial of future campus visit.
The chaperones and group understand that this visit includes a walking tour of the campus.
Please dress appropriately as we still conduct tours in hot, windy, rainy, or snowy weather.
We request that students turn off all electronic/phone devices during the visit.
There should be no filming of tour guides or photos taken of them during the tour.
Chaperones may leave phones on, but in silent/vibrate modes only.
You agree to inform us as soon as possible if the number of attendees decreases so we can adjust our staff accordingly.
Please call us the morning of your visit if attendance has changed.
We cannot accommodate increases to group sizes.
All students must register individually for the visit.
Attendance will be taken upon arrival.
Your driver may drop off students along University Boulevard, West of the Memorial Student Union Building.
Preferred bus parking is located at Javelina Stadium.
Groups wishing to bring their own meals are unable to eat inside of the Memorial Student Union Building.
If your group is wishing to bring pre-packaged lunches please let us know in advance so we may make proper accommodations for a location.
All meals in the Javelina Dining Hall or Memorial Student Union Building must be coordinated through Aramark.
Cancellation Policy: Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel and reschedule your visit.
If you are planning to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
